Loan Features
The program offers the following:
- Loan Amount: Through the SBCorp.’ s WEF, qualified applicants can borrow:
- Minimum Loan Amount: ₱30,000
- Maximum Loan Amount: ₱20 million
- Interest Rate: 1% per month, based on a diminishing balance
- Repayment Terms: Up to 5 years, with the possibility of a grace period depending on the loan window
- Collateral: Only required for loans above ₱5 million

- Women-Led Enterprises: Businesses managed or controlled by a woman, even if ownership is shared with others (for example, family-run or joint ventures).
- Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs): Enterprises that fall under the MSME category based on DTI’s asset and employment classification, including:
- Micro enterprises (up to ₱3 million in assets)
- Small enterprises (₱3 million–₱15 million)
- Medium enterprises (₱15 million–₱100 million)
- Registered and Legitimate Businesses: Those with valid business permits such as Barangay Certification, Mayor’s Permit, or BMBE Certificate.

Who Can Apply
The Women’s Enterprise Fund is open to:
- Women-owned or women-led micro, small, and medium enterprises (WMSMEs) registered in the Philippines
- Businesses with valid government registration (barangay, mayor’s permit, or BMBE certificate)
- Applicants with an active bank account under their business name
Note: Regardless of business size or type, this program is available for you—as long as your enterprise is owned or managed by a woman.

- Business Permit, which can be any of the following:
- Barangay Certification
- Mayor’s Permit
- BMBE Certificate
- Proof of bank account (under the business name or owner’s name)
- Photos of the business, including:

- Corporate documents, if applicable (for corporations or partnerships)

Applying for the Women’s Enterprise Fund is simple and fully online. Follow these steps:

Step 2. Create an account using your email address or mobile number.
Step 3. Fill out the online application form with your business and personal details.
Step 4. Upload all the required documents (ID, business permit, photos, and bank proof).
Step 5. Submit your application and wait for SBCorp’s review.
Step 6. Check your email or account dashboard for updates about your loan status.
Note: Make sure your uploaded photos and documents are clear and complete to avoid delays in processing.
Processing Time and Fast Lane Access
SBCorp has established a special “fast lane” under the Women’s Enterprise Fund to speed up approvals for qualified applicants.

In its first few months alone, SBCorp approved ₱4.22 million in loans under WEF, for 24 women-led businesses from various sectors such as retail, services, food, and logistics, showing how flexible the program is for different types of businesses.
