Perpetual Help Community Cooperative (PHCCI), previously known as Perpetual Help Credit Cooperative, Inc., was established on April 14, 1971 by 33 visionary members with just ₱586 in share capital. Officially registered with the Cooperative Administrative Office in 1972 under Republic Act No. 2023, PHCCI has since grown to become one of the most reliable cooperatives in Negros Oriental and among the top 20 cooperatives in the Philippines based on CDA recognition.
With a presence across the Visayas and a total of 21 branches and satellite offices, PHCCI now serves nearly 100,000 members nationwide and holds over ₱4.8 billion in total assets (as of December 31, 2019). PHCCI stands out as a Christ-centered cooperative that lives by its values and focuses on transforming communities through meaningful financial services.
