It has since evolved from holding meetings in private homes to owning multiple buildings and serving almost 20,000 members. Over the years, NOVADECI has grown into a respected cooperative recognized for its operational transparency, social impact, and consistent financial growth.
As a cooperative, NOVADECI’s core mandate is to provide accessible financial, medical, and livelihood services while upholding democratic control, equitable distribution of resources, and member participation. Its overall purpose is to develop a sustainable cooperative system that improves members’ quality of life and encourages active involvement in nation-building through cooperative values.

How to Become a NOVADECI Member
If you are interested in becoming a member, then here are the things you need to know:
Who Can Join
NOVADECI welcomes employees, entrepreneurs, self-employed individuals, and even those engaged in informal livelihood activities. The cooperative is inclusive and non-discriminatory, aiming to serve a diverse membership base from various sectors of society.
Eligibility
However, it is only open to individuals who are aged 18 to 60 and who live or work in Luzon.
Membership Requirements
Submit these at your nearest NOVADECI branch or online:
- Three (3) pcs 2×2 photo and one (1) pc 1×1 with white background
- Proof of Billing (e.g., Meralco, PLDT, Bayantel)
- Residence sketch
- One of the following:
- Payslip or Certificate of Employment (for employees)
- Business Permit (for business owners)
- Optional: Marriage Contract, Birth Certificate (for member and dependents)
Membership Process
There are two ways to apply: in-person at a NOVADECI branch office or online via the NOVADECI official website. If you are interested, here are the steps you need to follow:

Step 1. Get and fill out a Membership Application Form.
Step 2. Submit the required documents at the nearest NOVADECI branch.
Step 3. Attend the Pre-Membership Education Seminar (PMES).
