Qualifications

To qualify for the NHA GEHP, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be a regular government employee or an Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW).
- Not have any outstanding balances if already an NHA housing awardee.
- Be 65 years old or younger at the time of application and not exceed 70 years old at the loan maturity date.
- Retired government employees must apply within one year from the date of retirement and opt for a one-time cash payment.

Steps to Apply for NHA GEHP
Follow these steps to apply for the NHA GEHP:
Online
Step 1. Visit the NHA website at (https://nha.gov.ph/).
Step 2. Click the Menu then select Online Services.
Step 3. Click GEHP and you will be redirected to the NHA GEHP website (https://gehp.nha.gov.ph/).
Step 4. Scroll down to the section that reads, ‘Apply Now’ then click the button that says ‘Click here’.
Step 5. You will be redirected to the page that says, ‘How to Apply’ (https://gehp.nha.gov.ph/how-to-apply.php).
Step 6. Scroll down until you find the section labeled ‘Ready to Apply’.
Step 7. Click the button that says ‘Click here’ to be redirected to another page.
Step 8. Select whether you are a government employee or an OFW to access the appropriate online application form.
Step 9. Fill out the required information, including the following:
- Purchase Package
- Type of Housing Project
- Payment Option
- Applicant’s Personal Information
- Employment Status
- Family Composition
- Family Income, and
- Real Property Holdings
Step 10. Tick the checkbox for the CAPTCHA and click ‘Submit’ to agree to the Terms and Conditions and finalize your application.

Walk-in
Step 1. Download and Fill Out the Application Form
Visit the official NHA website (https://gehp.nha.gov.ph/application-form-ge.php) or any NHA office to obtain the Application to Purchase House and Lot Form. Ensure that all sections are accurately completed.
Step 2. Choose a Housing Project
Select from the available housing projects listed on the NHA website. Locations include developments in Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao with ongoing and upcoming projects.
Step 3. Prepare the Required Documents
Applicants must submit several documents, categorized into NHA and Pag-IBIG Fund requirements.
Step 4. Notarize the Application Form
Before submission, applicants must have their Application Form notarized to validate authenticity.
Step 5. Submit the Documents
Send the completed forms and supporting documents to the NHA Implementing Regional/District Office assigned to the chosen housing project or any NHA office near the applicant’s location.
Step 6. Select a Payment Option
Applicants can choose from two payment options:
- End-User Financing (Pag-IBIG Fund Loan): Requires submission of NHA and Pag-IBIG forms.
- Cash Sale, or
- Staggered Cash Sale or In-House Financing: Includes staggered cash payments through NHA’s installment plan.
