How to File PSMBFI Accidental Disablement Benefit Claims

The PSMBFI Accidental Disablement Benefit is a financial support package given to members of Philippine Social Mutual Benefit Fund, Inc. (PSMBFI) who suffer total permanent loss or partial permanent loss due to an accident.  It serves as an accident assistance program designed to ease the financial burden of members, usually police officers and uniformed personnel, and their families when unexpected situations lead to disablement. The benefit amount depends on the severity of the injury or disability, ensuring that those who dedicate their lives to public safety receive proper coverage during unforeseen situations. It is part of PSMBFI’s insurance program that extends protection to police personnel and other uniformed service members, including their dependents.

This guide explains what the PSMBFI Accidental Disablement Benefit is about, who can apply, its coverage, goals, and the process of availing the assistance. If you are a police officer, public safety worker, or a dependent of one, then this will help you understand how the benefit works and how you can use it when needed.
