ACDI Multipurpose Cooperative: How to Join

The ACDI Multipurpose Cooperative, formerly known as Aces Credit Cooperative Development, Inc. (ACCDI), is a leading institutional cooperative in the Philippines, registered with the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA). It was established by retired and active members of the Armed Forces of the Philippines to provide sustainable financial and livelihood support to its members—primarily from the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), other uniformed services, and their dependents—and communities. It operates under the legal framework of the Philippine Cooperative Code (RA 9520), allowing it to engage in financial services, investments, and various socio-economic projects.

Now, with over ₱54 billion in assets and 144 offices nationwide, ACDI has since evolved into one of the largest and most successful cooperatives in the country, promoting inclusive growth, member empowerment, and financial security through diversified business ventures and community development initiatives. Since its founding in 1981, it has expanded its services beyond savings and loans to include aviation schools, insurance products, construction, retail, and more.

ACDI Multipurpose Cooperative was established in 1981 as ACCDI, by 26 visionaries from the Philippine Air Force, aiming to provide accessible financial services and livelihood opportunities to military personnel and their families. Its starting capital was ₱200,000 but by 1985, its assets had grown to ₱1 million, and by 2002, it achieved billionaire cooperative status. Over the years, it also expanded its membership base, diversified its services, and transitioned into a multipurpose cooperative in 2011 to address broader socio-economic needs. Today, ACDI is recognized as the largest, most successful, and asset-rich cooperative in the Philippines, with an asset base of over ₱54 billion, meant to serve both uniformed and civilian members nationwide.
